About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our growing customer-facing team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with our client management team to ensure prompt resolution of client queries, issues, and difficulties.
As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound client user queries through our helpdesk solution, assessing and resolving queries, or working with escalation points to ensure resolution. You will work with varied issues across our diverse software solution, requiring a switched-on problem-solving approach.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a B2B client support role within a software solution
- Strong interpersonal skills – you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- No ego, self-awareness, and a willingness to learn
- Degree educated
