About the Role- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to drive plant efficiency and competitiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve cost reduction and sustainability targets
- Coach and train colleagues to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the leadership team to empower shop floor colleagues and drive business growth
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or Process Engineering, with exposure to Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance. Your early career will have demonstrated a natural ability to engage with a range of people, coupled with strong influencing and coaching skills.
