We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our client's senior leadership team as a Manufacturing Excellence Manager. Our client is a leading FMCG manufacturer with 21 sites across Europe, and this role will be mainly based at their South Wales factory/plant.
Key Responsibilities- Drive efficiencies and significantly increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across multiple manufacturing lines by introducing and embedding company standards to enhance plant efficiency.
- Lead continuous operational cost reduction initiatives to boost the plant's competitiveness and contribute to the plant's ambitious green and sustainability targets.
- Coach and train colleagues while developing technical training packages and championing ManEx programmes.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, particularly focused on OEE improvements.
- Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or Process Engineering with exposure to Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance.
- Natural ability to engage with a range of people and possess strong influencing & coaching skills.
