Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the performance of our production operations in the Plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency improvements, reducing losses, and optimizing production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a long-term efficiency improvement plan for area/lines across SQCDM
- Identify and drive GE improvement plans, including waste reduction workstreams
- Collaborate with shift-based teams, PE's, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders to achieve performance goals
- Drive IL6S initiatives within area/lines through the use of relevant work systems, tools, coaching, and supporting line teams
- Own production plans for short and long-term planning, working with the HUB team to maximize delivery
- Reduce planned downtimes, changeovers, cleaning, and maintenance
- Develop and own productivity roadmaps, delivering cost savings to agreed targets
- Work with the BD&E team to provide operational input into capital projects and investments
- Lead and support investigations of incidents and near misses (safety and quality), ensuring lessons learned are applied
- Manage daily processes and labor to consistently deliver the production plan
- Line manage a team of Process Engineers
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the Manufacturing/Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry
- Experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
- Strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
