Operations Excellence Manager

This is a key leadership position within Mondelēz International's Northern European Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvement in Cost, Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Morale results of the plants through the implementation of the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) program.
Key Responsibilities- Apply IL6S principles, tools, and techniques to create a zero-loss culture that enhances capabilities in loss identification, loss eradication, and prevention.
- Nurture a Lean and Continuous Improvement culture that challenges the status quo and changes employees' behaviors.
- Provide training on IL6S tools and techniques to drive teams through Continuous Improvement cycles.
- Lead IL6S implementation in several Plants using available material and past experience in TPM and HPO implementation.
- Partner with plant teams and site IL6S Leaders to provide coaching on IL6S via quarterly site visits.
- Coach up and down the organization to help teams identify losses and develop executable plans to eliminate them.
- Use quarterly plant visits to drive the IL6S program forward and partner with regional pillar teams and other IL6S managers.
- Train and coach teams on all IL6S tools, their usage, and expected outcomes.
- Encourage leaders to manage performance using balanced scorecards and coordinate KPI performance reviews.
- Benchmark externally to deploy best practices and new tools in collaboration with internal partners.
- Experienced Manufacturing Leader with a strong background in Lean or Continuous Improvement processes.
- Experience in implementing TPM and Lean Six Sigma in consumer goods industries.
- Servant leadership and team player with excellent communication and organizational agility.
- Strategic thinking and strong capacity for influence.
- Ability to teach others and develop talent.
- Results-oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience in continuous improvement, project/engineering, and production.
