Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Account Manager to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs. As a key member of our luxury flagship store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products to customers
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with the team
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and analyzing sales data to inform strategies
  • Share knowledge with customers to provide personalized service and drive sales
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it to improve service and sales standards
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products
  • Plan and deliver in-store events to engage customers
  • Ensure the brand is presented at the highest level through stock replenishment and counter maintenance
  • Build a clientele and model excellent customer service
  • Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • A great communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Well-informed and proactive in staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • A sales and service expert with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs
  • A confident coach and self-driven individual who is committed to upskilling and learning
