Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

As a friendly face at Premier Inn in Gloucester, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and provide a warm welcome
  • Help guests with any queries or issues
  • Work with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect

Contract Details:
  • Permanent contract
  • 16 hours per week, 2 8-hour shifts
  • Shifts are a mixture of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, includes weekends and working over the festive period
  • Receive rotas 4 weeks in advance
