Job Title: Senior Community Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Community Nurse to join our integrated community team in Thurrock. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a Community Nursing Team, geographically aligned to GP practices, and ensuring the provision of a high standard of nursing care to patients and their families in the community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting peers and team leaders
  • Supervising pre-registration students
  • Liaising with other health and social professionals and agencies
  • Managing a caseload and ensuring high-quality nursing care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year post-registration community nursing experience
  • Experience of team working and managing an effective workload
  • Excellent clinical skills and good organisation skills
