About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Nurse to join our Community Team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Nurse, you will be working with a diverse community, enabling you to develop knowledge and skills around differing cultural perspectives while delivering nursing care.

Main Duties

You will be working with patients in their own homes and residential care homes, providing individualized care to patients under the supervision of the Senior Nurse. Our patients are over the age of 18 with a predominant physical nursing need.

Working for NELFT

At NELFT, we place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks, which will include mandatory training, systems training, and the allocation of equipment.

  • Registered Adult Nurse - NMC Sub part 1 RNA (Adult)
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
