Job Title: Senior Practitioner - Children's Services

Thurrock Council is seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Social Care Service. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting our team members and managers in delivering high-quality services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support team members and managers in delivering high-quality services to children and families

  • Promote best practice in children's social care
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2 years' post-qualifying experience in children's social care
  • Expertise and commitment to achieving the best for children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
