Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strong commercial and contractual programme leadership. This will involve leading and managing a portfolio of strategic commercial activities in close collaboration with our Programme Director and Finance Director.

You will support strategic commercial initiatives as directed by our Leidos UK Business and Programme Director, and draft and negotiate commercially complex contract change proposals. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding and scrutinizing the financial performance of the programme, identifying target areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities will include leading contractual interactions with the Customer on strategic commercial issues, ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of the contract are clear to all parties, and ensuring overall programme compliance with commercial roadmap.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining good working relationships with the customer commercial/contracts team, and providing commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of the contract.

  • Strong comprehension of programme technical performance metrics and financial status
