We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at CRA Consulting. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient HR advisory service to our managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee relations cases, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Act on employee matters, including disciplinaries, performance management, and flexible working requests.
- Conduct workshops to educate managers on employee relations practices and workforce management strategies.
- Ensure absences are maintained within acceptable limits.
- Report directly to the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a HR role focused on employee relations.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, ideally.
- Proven experience in handling high volume employee relations cases, with successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of Cezanne would be ideal.
