About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Adult Disability Service team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to identify and address the needs of service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in adult disability care.
