About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at ROC Northwest. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people living with mental health conditions, Autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children in all aspects of daily living, including maintaining relationships with friends and family, and encouraging integration in the community.
  • Help children develop and maintain daily routines, including personal care, education, and leisure activities.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, promoting their emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in sleep-ins and undertake basic housekeeping duties as required.
Requirements
  • A manual UK driving licence is required to use company vehicles.
  • Ability to work long day shifts, including weekends, and sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am.
  • Desire to help others and a passion for working with children and young people.
  • Children's Residential level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
