About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Intec Select. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing global payrolls, compensation, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely management of UK and international payrolls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with Finance, HR, and Executive teams, as well as international providers, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Provide expert advice and information to employees on payroll matters, both in the UK and globally, with support from external experts when necessary.
  • Support the coordination, communication, and management of the annual award and organization share scheme, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, including global salary benchmarking, to identify market trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Supply accurate management information to the Executive team, external auditors, and other stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support ad-hoc projects for the Executive team, providing expert payroll and benefits advice.
Requirements
  • Experience and thorough knowledge of employee benefits and pensions, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Experience administering benefits and managing supplier relationships, with a focus on international operations.
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification/experience, demonstrating a high level of expertise in HR and payroll.
  • International experience, with a proven track record of working in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Highly numerate, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Personable, with experience working in partnerships with stakeholders, managers, and external partners.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of current UK payroll legislation, with experience in annual salary and bonus review processes.
  • Experience working with private company EBT incentive schemes, with a strong understanding of employee relations.
  • Business-level fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
