We are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join our payroll department at Portfolio Payroll Limited. The successful candidate will work closely with the payroll & benefits manager and senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the payroll & benefits team with outsourced processing of monthly payroll for UK and EMEA countries.
- Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to check output and make corrections.
- Administer employee benefits for the UK, including cycle to work, PMI, pension, and season ticket loans.
- Act as a main point of contact for complex payroll & benefit queries.
- Support the administration of EMEA benefit schemes.
- Strong UK & EMEA payroll experience.
- Knowledge of statutory entitlements.
- Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously.
- Keenness to progress and develop a payroll career.
- Experience of Workday is desirable.
- Flexibility for hybrid working.
- A competitive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave and a 10% non-contributory pension scheme.
