Job Description

We are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join our payroll department at Portfolio Payroll Limited. The successful candidate will work closely with the payroll & benefits manager and senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the payroll & benefits team with outsourced processing of monthly payroll for UK and EMEA countries.
  • Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider to check output and make corrections.
  • Administer employee benefits for the UK, including cycle to work, PMI, pension, and season ticket loans.
  • Act as a main point of contact for complex payroll & benefit queries.
  • Support the administration of EMEA benefit schemes.
Requirements:
  • Strong UK & EMEA payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of statutory entitlements.
  • Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously.
  • Keenness to progress and develop a payroll career.
  • Experience of Workday is desirable.
