Director of National Security Sales

Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Director of National Security Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales experts in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities: To thrive in this role, you must possess strong commercial and financial awareness, particularly in relation to understanding the financial dynamics of existing contracts and modelling new opportunities. Experience of managing a budget, bid/tendering experience in converting large-scale national high-value tenders, and flexibility in leadership and management style are also essential.
