Wellbeing Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at Oak Tree House. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with a range of activities, including arranging and participating in various events and outings.
  • Respond to emergency pendants and provide assistance as needed.
  • Conduct wellbeing checks with residents to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Support residents in learning new skills, such as online shopping and computer skills.
  • Develop relationships with local organizations to provide residents with access to community resources.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work alternate weekends.
  • Hourly pay rate: £12.00 per hour Monday - Friday, £12.30 per hour on weekends.
  • Access to WeCare App for 24/7 GP consultation, fitness programs, mental wellbeing support, financial guidance, and legal guidance.
  • NEST Pension, paid annual leave, and full induction training.
  • Free uniform and PPE, career progression opportunities, and fully structured support for new starters.
  • Full out-of-hours support and other qualifications such as NVQs.
