Job Title: Wellbeing Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage residents to participate in social activities, such as outings, events, and group sessions.
  • Assist residents with accessing local services, such as healthcare, education, and employment.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
