We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at Oak Tree House. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with a range of activities, including arranging and supporting activities, responding to emergency pendants, completing wellbeing checks, and supporting residents to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily activities and provide emotional support
  • Respond to emergency pendants and provide assistance as needed
  • Complete wellbeing checks with residents to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met
  • Support residents to learn new skills, such as online shopping and computer skills
  • Engage with local organisations and signpost residents to relevant services
