Job Title: Wellbeing Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at Oak Tree House. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with a range of activities, including arranging and participating in various events and outings.
  • Respond to emergency pendants and provide support and care as needed.
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks with residents to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Teach residents new skills, such as online shopping and computer skills.
  • Develop relationships with local organisations to provide residents with access to community resources and services.
