Housing Support Worker
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dedicated Home Support Assistant to join our team in Oswestry.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with vulnerable individuals, providing tailored support to promote independence. You will assess customers for eligibility, agree support tasks, and regularly review progress.
This is an ongoing opportunity with the possibility of immediate start. The selected candidate will receive full training and enjoy flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer targeted housing-related support to eligible customers
- Assess customers for support eligibility and agree support tasks
- Prompt and encourage customers to establish settled lifestyles
- Support customers with money management and tenancy compliance
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a support role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS
Salary: £15 per hour + mileage paid
