Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team at New Horizon Healthcare Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to residents in various homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, a valid medication certificate, and an enhanced DBS on the update service. You will work flexible shifts, with options for part-time, temporary, or permanent contracts, in Oswestry, Shropshire, and Telford.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
