About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt. As a Merchandising Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Merchandising team in managing the administration around the product critical path, from initial buy to warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of all reporting and intake documents
  • Forecast at line/size level and perform ad-hoc analysis as required
  • Support the Line Manager in all aspects of their role
  • Be the key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, including Buying, Branch Merchandising, Warehouse, Retail, Marketing, and Online teams

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understanding of the general process of the buying cycle and stock management within retail (desirable)
