">**Job Description**
">As an Experienced Motorsport Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring our cars meet the correct specification. You will adopt safe working practices, demonstrate flexibility, and work overtime as needed. Previous experience in motorsport and sportscar is essential, with a strong ability to understand and interpret car builds.
">**Key Responsibilities:**
">- Ensuring cars are always to the correct specification.
- Adopting safe working practices at all times in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policy.
- Demonstrating flexibility and preparedness to work overtime as dictated by the demands of the business.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
">You will have previous experience in motorsport, with a strong ability to understand and interpret car builds. You should be able to carry out a range of tasks including pit stop roles, garage builds, and truck loading.
