**Responsibilities**

  • Lead client engagements and act as the primary contact and project lead.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants on projects, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective quality delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a sustainability/ESG advisory position with responsibilities for project management, business development, and client engagement.
  • Some experience supporting clients to define and implement strategic responses to key sustainability/ESG topics, interpreting and applying key ESG frameworks such as ISSB, CSRD, and TPT Climate Transition Planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
