Supervisory Role in Rail Civils

**Job Description**

In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for:

  • Organising suppliers and sub-contractors for efficient integration.
  • Planning day-to-day project requirements to use resources effectively.
  • Enacting plans, monitoring site circumstances, conducting risk assessments, and re-planning work to optimise output.
  • Identifying potential contract variations to the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
  • Implementing health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent Civil Engineering projects in a Rail environment.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Experience delivering projects using Network Rail contracts and NEC3/4.
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations, Network Rail standards, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with working in the railway environment.

Please note that a PTS qualification and SMSTS or SSSTS certification are also required for this role.
