The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Events Development Lead to join our team at Luxury Restaurant Group. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, attract high-profile clients, and expand private dining and event sales across our exclusive London restaurants.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting London's luxury market to maximise revenue from private and corporate events.
  • Build and retain a high-value client base, engaging through proactive outreach and delivering exceptional, personalised experiences.
  • Cultivate relationships with luxury brands, corporations, and VIP clients to enhance brand presence and drive new business.
  • Manage and support the Events Coordinator in all aspects of planning and support them with incoming enquiries.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales for luxury events, ideally in fine dining or hospitality; experience with Michelin-star venues preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for exceptional client service.
  • Experience in growing business through both proactive outreach and reactive sales.

Salary Details: Estimated salary: £45,000 + OTE of £60,000 per annum.
