Conference & Events Floor Manager - Central London

We are recruiting for a true hospitality professional to oversee each Conference and Banqueting event in accordance with the guest's wishes. The role involves supervising colleagues during events, ensuring they adhere to service standards.

The key focus will be to:

  • To supervise each Conference and Banqueting event in accordance with the guest's wishes as specified on the function sheet or other method of communication
  • To supervise all full time, casual and agency colleagues during each event and to ensure they adhere to service, grooming and Health and Safety standards.
  • To ensure that function rooms are set up and ready one hour before the event and in accordance with The Langham, London's standards as set out in the C&B S.O.P. manual.
  • To help plan ahead the following week's events to ensure there is enough operating equipment available.

This position offers excellent career growth opportunities and competitive remuneration ranging from £35,000-£50,000 based on experience.
