The Langham, London, a Forbes 5* rated property, seeks an experienced Event Coordinator to deliver exceptional service in our esteemed Events Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a true hospitality professional to showcase their skills and passion.

This role involves coordinating event planning, rooming list management, and BEO details once contracts are confirmed. You will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless execution of high-revenue and VIP bookings. Additionally, you will:

  • Conduct weekly Group Resume meetings and effectively hand over group logistics to Operations teams.
  • Support planners during challenging periods and assist with event enquiries.
  • Drive projects to develop the events and catering business, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Key benefits include:
