About the Position:

">* As a Child Welfare Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 50 families, ensuring that assessments and interventions are of high quality and meet the needs of the community.
* You will work closely with your team to develop and implement strategies to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families.
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination across services.
* Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

">* Manage a team of 5 social workers to deliver high-quality services to families in need.
* Develop and maintain relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders to create positive change for children.
* Ensure caseloads are manageable and provide quality interventions to meet the needs of the community.
* Participate in performance management, staff development, and training to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

">* A registered Team Manager (SWE) with a passion for social work and experience in relationship-based practice.
* Strong leadership skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups, including families, professionals, and stakeholders.
