Join Doing Good Leeds in a rewarding role as a Money Buddy, where you will play a vital part in helping clients maximise their income and improve their financial well-being.

About the Role

As a Money Buddy, you will be responsible for identifying potential welfare benefits entitlement and providing a full Money Buddy Service to our clients. This includes supporting them on our financial capability services and helping them improve their energy efficiencies and savings.

You will also provide on-the-job training and support to new Money Buddies who are in their induction, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' financial situations and identify opportunities for income maximisation.
  • Provide expert guidance on welfare benefits entitlement and support clients in claiming what they are eligible for.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement effective financial plans, improving their energy efficiencies and savings.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver financial capability services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and excellent client outcomes.
