  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with DO & CO standards and regulations.
  • Identify and report any quality or safety issues to the QA Supervisor and Manager.
Requirements
  • BSc Food Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
