Job Summary

Monitor Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Senior Controls & Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing systems and preparing control and instrument deliverables based on process specifications across the full project and product life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop designs and schematics, select components, and develop all software aspects of the systems.
  • Select instrumentation, provide sub-contract manufacturing support, and install and commission control systems.
  • Create detailed specifications, datasheets, instrument lists, IO schedules, cable schedules, cable block diagrams, termination drawings, hook-up drawings, layout drawings, and material requisitions.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and capable of working autonomously.
  • Evident leadership qualities and confidence in delivering projects punctually and within budget.
  • Occasional international travel to job sites and offshore locations.
