EnQuest plc is seeking a highly skilled Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in the Upstream directorate. As a key member of our asset team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and good engineering practice for instrumentation and control systems.
- Maintain asset Instrumentation and Control System maintenance strategies and ensure they are updated to reflect current industry standards/manufacturer guidelines.
- Own and maintain the asset CAT 1 Instrumentation and Control documentation.
- Maintain asset Performance Standards and Planned Maintenance Assurance routines.
- Manage SECE's, ensure compliance with Performance Standards.
- Ensure application of company procedures and policies, support/deliver asset improvement plans, and ensure continued safe reliable operation.
- Lead Instrumentation and Control the Management of Engineering Change.
- SPA for C&I Operations Risk Assessments, Asset minor modifications process, and support of Brownfield Projects for upstream asset.
- Responsible for all aspects of Functional Safety from HAZOP, IL Determination, IL Validation and maintaining of associated asset documentation.
- Provide front line technical support to the asset ensuring troubleshooting is managed efficiently and effectively, participate in incident investigations and produce reports.
- Co-ordinate and manage the instrumentation and control aspects of asset delivery plans, manage and coordinate 3rd party vendors.
- Contribute to asset plans, ensuring maintenance scopes are adequately provided for.
- Manage asset engineering studies as and when required to support business and safety objectives.
- Asset focal point for Cyber Security processes and systems.
- Related Instrumentation and Control engineering Masters or Bachelor's degree.
- Certification to travel offshore.
- Experience of Control and Instrumentation engineering and of delivering maintenance support to operating assets.
- Experience in the production of SoWs, BoDs and engineering workpacks for vendor and offshore workscopes.
- Experience of modification/project 'close-out', FATs & SATS.
- Offshore operational asset environment experience.
