Job Summary

Monitor Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Senior Controls & Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing systems and preparing control and instrument deliverables based on process specifications across the full project and product life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing systems and preparing control and instrument deliverables
  • Designing and implementing industrial communication networks and protocols
  • Designing and implementing ATEX - Ex instrumentation, devices, and installation requirements
  • Attending locations worldwide and offshore installations for site surveys and system commissioning
  • Mentoring and supporting other members of the engineering team
Requirements
  • Solid experience of Control and Instrumentation engineering
  • Generation of project documentation
  • Extensive experience developing, fault finding and interrogating PLC & SCADA software in TIA Portal and WINCC SCADA
  • The ability to generate C&I schematic drawings in AutoCAD LT
