Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced teacher of English to join our team at Tobermory High School. The successful candidate will teach English to students and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English to students in Years 1-6
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and carers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A teaching qualification (e.g. PGDE, BEd)
  • Experience of teaching English to students of varying abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
