We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commis Chef to join our team at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Parties in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taste and Quality Control: Ensure that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards of taste and quality.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
  • Communication: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and a smooth service.
  • Mise-en-Place: Assist in the preparation of mise-en-place, including chopping, dicing, and portioning ingredients.
