Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £13.20 per hour, with potential earnings up to £14.30 per hour for weekend and evening shifts. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including paid training, 28 days of annual leave (prorated for part-time), life insurance, a company pension, and an employee assistance helpline.
About the Role
As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enabling our residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. You will work in a supportive team environment, making a positive difference in the lives of older adults.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a UK health and social care role
- A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory
- You will be warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service, thriving in a team environment and eager to make a positive difference
