We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead all marketing strategies for Pilates by Bryony, a fast-growing wellness brand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead integrated marketing strategy, build and manage campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Social Media Strategy: Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships.
  • Community Engagement: Foster and grow an engaged online community.
  • Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Build relationships with influencers and brand partners.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Set, measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a marketing team.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally with a background in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience as Head of Marketing or similar preferable within the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Experience in leading marketing strategies for e-commerce or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with subscription models.
  • Knowledge of Pilates, fitness, or health industries.
  • Experience in building and managing affiliate marketing programs.

Pilates by Bryony is offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
