Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Sales & Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across all brand pillars, including clubs, residences, hotels, fashion, e-commerce, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful marketing strategies in luxury hospitality/private members clubs, wellness, and luxury e-commerce industries. They will be instrumental in shaping the brand's future, ensuring consistency and excellence in all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  • Create and oversee the marketing strategy, encompassing digital marketing, social media, PR, and promotional campaigns to drive brand growth and recognition.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Drive the development of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and initiatives to enhance sales and brand recognition.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven, and innovative work environment.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of creating impactful marketing strategies in luxury hospitality/private members clubs, wellness, and luxury e-commerce industries.
  • Passion for the wellness and fitness industry, with an understanding of its dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
