Junior Digital Marketer

Are you a creative and driven individual looking to kick-start your career in digital marketing? We are seeking a talented Junior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team at Allegiance Technology Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Marketing: Develop and implement website marketing strategies, create engaging content, and ensure website content is up-to-date.
  • Social Media Management: Curate and manage social media content, engage with the online community, and monitor social media performance.
  • SEO: Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content for digital marketing campaigns, including articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field, or completion of a marketing apprenticeship.
  • 0-2 years of commercial experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Work Environment:

Initially, this role requires 5 days in the office to provide hands-on training and support. After settling in, there will be flexibility to work in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work options on Monday and Friday.
