IT Infrastructure Specialist

At Vertex I.T. Solutions Ltd, we are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Cumbria.
The successful candidate will be part of a 24/7 365 days a year service, working on a shift-based rota system with 4 days on and 6 days off.
We offer a competitive salary of £53,600 per annum for this role, commensurate with the level of expertise and experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to desktop support, datacentre operations, security, and administration.
- Provide expert-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, MS Office 2016, Windows 10, switches, routers, storage, firewalls, SQL server 2014/16, McAfee Suite, Bitdefender, Cisco Tripwire, ServiceNow, SQL Management Studio, and CA suite.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain excellent communication skills.
Must-haves include SC level clearance or higher, ability to commute to West Cumbria, and excellent communication skills. Please apply if you meet these criteria.
