About the Role

We are seeking a talented Multi Skilled Building Fabric Engineer to join our team at GRAHAM Group. As a key member of our Facilities Management Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional maintenance services to our high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and complete a range of works, including planned, reactive, and remedial repairs, with a focus on fire door systems and fire compartmentation.
  • Conduct minor building fabric repairs, including joinery, tiling, drainage, and finishes, to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Provide detailed write-ups of works carried out to ensure our clients are kept up to date at all times.
  • Carry out all works within agreed timescales and to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with current regulations and contract specifications.
  • Report and record procedures, including operation and maintenance logs and control measures to minimize risks.
  • Liaise closely with our Helpdesk to ensure efficient response to all works.
  • Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task.
  • Deal with a variety of clients on a daily basis, representing the Company and being courteous and professional in your dealings with them.

Requirements

  • Experience in fabric bias and a proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to use your own initiative to solve complicated technical problems.
  • Proficiency in using PDAs or electronic devices to complete works.
