About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Fabric Engineer to join our team at GRAHAM Group. As a key member of our Facilities Management Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and complete a range of works, including planned, reactive, and remedial repairs, as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
  • Work on various building fabric systems, including joinery, tiling, drainage, minor roof repairs, finishes, plastering, flooring, and other related tasks.
  • Provide exceptional maintenance services, ensuring high-quality standards in all areas of performance.
  • Use your initiative to solve complex technical problems, sourcing parts and materials as needed.
  • Document works carried out, ensuring our clients are kept up to date at all times.
  • Work efficiently, adhering to agreed timescales and regulations.
  • Report and record procedures, including operation and maintenance logs, to minimize risks.
  • Liaise closely with our Helpdesk to ensure efficient response to all works.
  • Observe the highest levels of health and safety, conducting point-of-work risk assessments for every task.
  • Deal with clients professionally, representing the company at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience in building fabric systems, including joinery, tiling, drainage, and other related tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
