Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a reactive and proactive maintenance service across multiple commercial sites in the South Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clean and efficient works across a multitude of sites ranging from commercial, to industrial and government buildings.
  • Carry out modifications and installations when required.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
  • Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
  • Liaise with client/management.

Requirements:

  • 17th or 18th edition wiring regs (desirable).
  • Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
  • Very well presented.
  • Client facing experience (desirable).

Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £31,000+ per year.
  • Uniform, PPE, Phone Provided.
  • 20 days annual leave + 8 days.
  • 1.5x/2x overtime rates.
