Mobile Fabric Engineer / Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer / Carpenter to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a reactive and proactive maintenance service across multiple commercial sites in the South Wales area and beyond.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clean and efficient works across a multitude of sites ranging from commercial, to industrial and government buildings.
  • Carry out modifications and installations when required.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
  • Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
  • Liaise with client/management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 17th or 18th edition wiring regs (desirable).
  • Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment and be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade.
  • Very well presented.
  • Client facing experience (desirable).

Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £31,000+ per year.
  • Uniform, PPE, Phone Provided.
  • 20 days annual leave + 8 days.
  • 1.5x/2x overtime rates.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an up and coming Small Works provider based out of Swansea, supporting across multiple commercial sites in the South Wales area and sometimes beyond as and when required.
