Mobile Fabric Engineer / Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer / Carpenter to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a reactive and proactive maintenance service across multiple commercial sites in the South Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
  • Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
  • Liaise with client/management

Requirements:

  • 17th or 18th edition wiring regs (desirable)
  • Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites and carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
  • Very well presented
  • Client facing experience (desirable)

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000 - £31,000 per year

  • 1.5x/2x overtime rates
