Junior Risk Management Specialist

Intesa Sanpaolo, the leading banking group in Italy, is seeking a highly skilled Junior Risk Analyst to join its team. With a strong presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, the company is looking for a talented individual to support its growth and development.
Job SummaryThe Junior Risk Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reporting risk metrics and limits defined within the local risk appetite framework. This will involve defining adequate policies, implementation procedures, and limits to enable the management of different aspects of risks arising from the activities of the Branch.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report risk metrics and limits defined within the local risk appetite framework.
- Define adequate policies, implementation procedures, and limits to manage risks.
- Ensure risk management activities are carried out properly and consistently with procedures and principles specified in regulation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or risk management.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge and understanding of risk management methodologies, banking and financial services products and processes, and applicable legislation and regulations.
- Strong Excel knowledge and VBA skills, with experience and knowledge of Basel banking regulation and good understanding of the risk factors defined under this regulation.
