Front of House Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our dynamic team at The Arkley 9. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of customer service and performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to update, set expectations, and provide feedback.
  • Mentor and train new front-of-house staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of all front-of-house areas.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and communication.
  • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure successful execution of events.
  • Manage event setup, including seating arrangements, decorations, and AV equipment.
  • Supervise front-of-house staff during events to ensure exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of front-of-house experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and team management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and relevant software.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
